• 条文起草の誤りや不明確さが予期せぬ増減税を生む（Glitches）

ことを例証する。富裕層減税という税制改革案の基調への批判ではなく，租税専門家からみた法技術面に集中して批判をあびせた点に，特段のインパクトがある。そのせいであろうか，１２月７日付けでポストされたものが，２日たたないうちにすでに２万人が閲覧，１万人がダウンロード。
