シンガポールがＢＥＰＳにコミット

2016年6月16日に、ＭＯＦと、ＩＲＡＳが、Inclusive Frameworkに参加することを公表していた。４つのミニマム・スタンダードにコミット。CbCRは2017年1月1日以降開始の事業年度につき適用。
