OECD閣僚理事会、自動的情報交換に関する世界標準を支持

2014年5月6日、パリでこの宣言が承認された。2月のGlobal Standardを支持するもの。

宣言の第7項で、

URGE the OECD Committee on Fiscal Affairs, working with G20 members, to proceed rapidly with the elaboration of a) a detailed commentary to help ensure the consistent application of the new single global standard and b) the remaining technical modalities and safeguards including information and guidance on the necessary technical solutions, a standard format for reporting and exchange, and minimum standards on confidentiality; 

といっている。つまり、

• a)　コメンタリーを作成すること
• b)　技術的様式とセーフガードについて詰めること

をOECD租税委員会に要請した。期限は2014年9月。
